Assam TET (ATAT) Recruitment 2016:
The Government of Assam Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) will conduct Assam Teachers Eligibility Test (ATET) 2016 also known as Assam TET, as per the formalities laid down by the central regulating authorities. Assam TET is for the candidates aspiring to become teachers in primary (class I -V) and upper primary (VI-VIII) schools in the state of Assam.

Graduate Teachers through Special Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) Examination
for the Guwahati (Assam) location in various department. Those who are looking

Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 38 years. The
age of the candidate should be as on 1st January 2016.
Qualification:- Candidates should be Pravin / Ratna in Hindi
with 50% marks having degree qualification from any recognized university or BA
with Hindi as one of the subject with 50% marks and B.T / B.Ed. degree from any
recognized university / institute OR Shastri with 50% marks having degree
qualification from any recognized university or BA with Sanskrit as one of the
subject with 50% marks and BT / B.Ed. degree from any recognized university /
institute.
Selection Procedure:- The selection of the candidates will
be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the
number of applications received.
Application fee:- Candidates are required to pay application
fee Rs 400/- through e – Challan at any branch of State bank of India by cash.
