JKSSB Recruitment 2014 – 523 Junior Engineer, Assistant and Stenographer Vacancies: Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Service Selection Board (JKSSB) has posted an employment notification for the recruitment of Jr Engineer, Jr Asst & Jr Steno Posts. Applications are invited from J&K State residents for filling up 523 Junior Engineer, Junior Assistant and Junior Stenographer vacancies.     Junior Engineer (Civil) 418 posts

    Junior Stenographer: 22 posts

    Junior Assistant: 83 posts

    Public Works Department (R&B): 418 posts

    General Administration Department: 22 posts

    General Administration Department: 83 posts

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 37 years for above Posts. Age relaxation is applicable and it will be considered as on 01-01-2013.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government recognized Institute for Junior Engineer Post, Graduation from any recognized University having minimum speed of 65 and 35 words per minute in shorthand and typewriting respectively & Six months certificate course in computer Application from recognized Institute for Junior Stenographer and Junior Assistant posts.

Application Fee: Candidates need to purchase Application form at Rs. 400/- per OMR which is available at the branches of J&K Bank Ltd. No additional fee is to be paid.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates would be made on the basis of their performance in written test, skill test (Typing test and Stenography test) and Interview.

How to Apply: All those candidates who wish to apply for Junior Engineer, Assistant and Stenographer posts in Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB), they are required to send their fully filled OMR application form as well as photocopy of OMR form along with certificates/documents in the concerned offices of the Board. Candidates need to submit their application before 31st January 2014.
