- First of all, the aspirants who have applied for the examination need to enter in the official portal of Union Public Service Commission and the link to that is upsc.gov.in.
- Then all the candidates need to locate the appropriate link which can direct them to the page form where they can download their respective UPSC CS Pre exam Admit Card 2016 – 2017
- After locating that link you need to click on that link and new form will appear in front of you
- In that form, candidates need to fill some fields like registration form, roll number, date of birth etc,
- Candidates are suggested to fill the complete details in order to download the admit card of the particular candidate who have applied for the examination
- After filling all the details candidates need to submit their form
