vast, remote and economically backward North and North Eastern. Region, with an

Selection Parameters: The
recruitment is based on the following exams:
1. Physical Test
2. Trade Test/ Written Test
3. Interview
The written exam contains questions
on the following: General Knowledge, General English/ General Hindi, General
Arithmetic, Analytical and Quantitative Skills and questions on the educational
or technical qualifications as possessed by the applicants.
There will be following three stages conducted
for the selection
Centres of Trade Test:
Rishikesh for the following zones – Uttar
Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi, Jammu &
Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana Tezpur for the following zones – Orissa,
West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram,
Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh & Tripura Pune Zone for the following
states- Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh,
Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Pondicherry.
Application Format: The online
applications are made available at the website of the Boarder Road
Organization. The candidates can download the application format and fill the
details of the applicant and educational qualifications. The completed applications
should be sent along with the demand drafts to the address as given in the
notification for this purpose.
The last date of the application is
45 days from the date of the notification and 65 days for all the remote area
