Eligibility Criteria for BEML Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Officer (HR) : Graduate with First Class Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.
• For Chief General Manager (Finance)/ General Manager (Finance) : Three years full time degree with CA/ ICWA or full time CA/ ICWA.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 24.08.2016

• For Officer (HR) : 29 years
• For Chief General Manager (Finance)/ General Manager (Finance) : 52/ 49 years

Age Relaxation :

• For SC/ST Candidate : 05 years
• For OBC Candidates : 03 years

Job Location : Bangalore (Karnataka)
