VCRC Recruitment 2016 – Scientist C & B Posts: Vector Control Research Centre (VCRC) has advertised a notification for the recruitment of Scientist C & B (Medical) vacancies for the project entitled “A community based study, to compare the safety, efficacy and acceptability of a triple drug regimen (Ivermectin, Diethylcarbamazine and Albendazole) with a two-drug regimen (Diethylcarbamazine and Albendazole) for lymphatic filariasis elimination Programme”. VCRC Vacancy Details:

1. Scientist C (Medical): 02 Posts
2. Scientist B (Medical): 16 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate age should be not exceeding 40 years for S.No-1, not exceeding 35 years for S.No-2 as on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable only to the post under reserved category, as per Govt. of India norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduation Degree (MD/ MS/ DNB) with 3 years experience in R&D in Health Research or teaching for S.No-1, MBBS degree recognized by MCI for S.No-2 with adequate experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in telephonic/ personal Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in prescribed format along with recent passport size photograph along with the self attested copies of certificates in proof of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification (Certificate/ Statement of marks), Experience as mentioned under essential qualification and Community certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC) to the Director, Vector Control Research Centre, Medical Complex, Indira Nagar, Puducherry on or before 25-08-2016.
