Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess CA/ B.Tech/ having 2 years full time regular Post Graduation Degree in Commerce/ Economics for Block A- Post 1, PG Degree/ Diploma in in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Business Administration/ Agriculture & allied (10+2+4)/ Social Work/ HR Management/ Personnel Management/ Mass Communication & Journalism/ Media Management/ Development Communication/ English/ Statistics/ Master Degree/ Diploma/ B.Tech/ B.E in Computer Application/ MCA/ CA (inter)/ ICWAI (Inter) for Block A- Posts 2, 3, Block B Posts, Block C- Post 1, Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) for Block A- Post 4 with relevant experience.
