Age Limit: 
 Candidates age should be not more than 45 years for Post 1 & not more than 40 years for Post 2 as on the last date of receipt of application. For age relaxation refer the notification.

Educational Qualification: 
 Candidates should possess post graduation degree in Nursing obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as University under section – 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and recognized by the Indian Nursing Council for Post 1 & degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery of any of the University established or incorporated by or under the Central or state Act in india, Post Graduate Diploma in Orthopaedics of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or state Act in india for Post 2 & for more information refer the notification.

Application Fee: 
 Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- through Net Banking, Card Payment, Challan & for more information refer the notification.

How to Apply: 
 Eligible candidates may apply online through the website https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in from 15-02-2017 from 13.00 hrs to 02-03-2017 till 13.00 hrs.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online, candidates must have scanned photograph & signature.
2. Candidates should log on to the website https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in
3. Click on “Apply Online” & Select the desired post.
4. Click on “Apply Now” & Fill all the mandatory details in the application form.
5. An unique Application Number will be generated, retain it for further use.
6. Edit the application form by using application number, date of birth & click on confirm button.
7. Upload scanned photograph & signature, click on confirm button.
8. Take Print out of online application form for Future use.
