Hindustan Salts Limited got integrated on the date 12h April 1958 and this authority got endorsed completely by the Government of India. The work area of the supremacy was to take over the salt sources at the various regions of the Sambhar, Didwana, and Kharaghoda. Age Limit :

Maximum 52yearsAge Relaxation as per Government Rules is applicable.

Candidates maximum age should be 52 years for General Manager, 50 years for Additional General Manager, 40 years for Manager & Asst. Manager, 35 years for Junior Manager. Relaxation in age may be considered for deserving internal/ external candidates.

Educational Qualification: 

 Candidates should possess B.Tech or equivalent + MBA or equivalent, B.Tech or equivalent or MBA or equivalent for Post 1, B.Tech (Mining) or equivalent + MBA or equivalent, B.Tech (Mining) or equivalent or MBA or equivalent for Post 2, Professional/ Technical Qualification in Mines Survey and Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency for U/ R (Underground Mines) for Post 3, MBA (HR) or equivalent + B.Tech or equivalent, MBA (HR) or Equivalent in Law, HR, or Ph. D in Specified related subject, Post Graduate in Commerce, Science or Arts or other such Common Subjects other than Masters or Post Graduate Diploma Holders of Professional Qualifications, Graduate in Commerce or Arts or Science or BBA etc for Post 4 & for more information refer the notification.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
