Name of the Conducting Body: Department of School Education of West Bengal

Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification: Candidates have completed or appearing in the B.Ed/Special Education after Graduation with minimum of 50% and Education degree/diploma are eligible for WB TET 2017.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate must have below the 38 years.

Details of Application Fee:

For Unreserved category Candidates are required to pay Rs. 250/- as application fee. Reserved category contenders are required to pay Rs. 80/- for WB TET. Application fee will not be repaid in any conditions. Application fee can be submitted through cash or NEFT mode up to last date.

Application Fees:

General category candidates have to pay Rs.250/- as application fees.

SC/ST category candidates have to pay Rs.80/- as application fees.

Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of the performance in the written test.
