This board was set up in 15th November 1973. NBSE headquarter is situated in Kohima, Nagaland. The board was founded through an Act by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. Nagaland Board Result - Class 10th / 12th Results

The Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE) is likely to announce the NBSE HSLC Class 10 Results 2017 as well as the Nagaland HSSLC Class 12 result 2017 by the end of April 2017 or by the first week of May. The NBSE officially conducts the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Class 10 exams during the month of February and the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination (HSSLC) class 12 during the month of February-March. This year, the exam dates for Nagaland Class 10 final exams 2017, have been scheduled for February 2017. The exams will begin from 15 February, 2017, and will end on 27 February, 2017.

The official Class 12 exam dates for the academic year 2016-2017 have been announced by NBSE and it will be conducted from 14 February-6 March, 2017.
