SSC CGL Tier 3 Exam To Be Held On 19 March 2017
NEW DELHI: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct
CGL Tier 3 examination on 19 March 2017. The Commission has released given an
official update in this regard in its web portal ssc.nic.in. Concerned
candidates should note that the examination will be of one hour (1100 hours to
1200 hours). Unlike other examination, this is going to be in pen and paper
mode. The paper will be of descriptive type. Tier 3 is a new addition to the
Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam. Candidates should therefore not be confused
about it and understand the pattern, syllabus and other important details about
the exam.
SSC CGL Admit Card 2016 – 2017 is issued by
the Staff Selection Commission. Each region of SSC releases CGL admit card on
its official website a few weeks prior to exam. In the recent past the websites
had hosted admit card of SSC CGL 2016 Tier 1 exam, Tier 1 re-exam,
Tier 2 exam, and Tier 2 re-exam, for those who had applied for the
Combined Graduate Level exam and those who had qualified for paper 2. Now the
SSC CGL Admit Card 2016 for Tier 3 exam is being released by SSC NR, CR,
ER, NER, WR, SR, KKR, MPR, NWR. Those who have qualified in the Tier 2 exam as per CGL result of the same and will appear for
next exam can download the Tier 3 call letter. Later on candidates will
also get SSC CGL Admit Card 2016 – 2017 for Tier 4. Download CGL admit
card and keep it safely; carry it on day of exam along with other relevant
documents.

- Log on to the website, ssc.nic.in
- Click on the tab 'Admit Cards'
- Click on the region you belong to
- Click on relevant link
- Enter your registration number and date of birth in the space provided
- Click to submit
- Admit cards will be displayed
- Download and take print out of the same
Examination timings:
The duration of the exam will be one hour and
it will be held from 11 am to 12 pm.
Paper pattern:
- SSC CGLE Tier III Exam 2016 will be descriptive in nature
- It will be conducted in paper and pen mode
- The maximum marks of the paper will be 100
- The examination includes essay writing, passage writing, letter writing, application writing
- Candidates will be accessed on the basis of their writing skills
